These priority groups include: children from a culturally and linguistically diverse background (including refugee children); children with ongoing high support needs (including children with a disability) and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children. This service is available to all Commonwealth funded childcare services in the Penrith, Blue Mountains and Hawkesbury regions.

It also seeks to create greater awareness among governments and other relevant institutions of their obligations to fulfil, respect, protect and promote human rights and to support and empower women with disabilities, both individually and collectively, to claim their rights.WWDA is unable to provide individualised support and advocacy.
