Centrelink’s “Talking” website to make access to information easier. Centrelink’s will be the first Australian Government agency to introduce a “talking website” The ReadSpeaker technology will allow the Centrelink customers to listen to information on the agency’s website.

The new text-to-speech technology will allow customers with low vision, lower levels of literacy or those for whom English is a second language, to access Centrelink information.
